Strategic Planning

This presentation will review the steps a company should follow in creating a strategic plan.  Identifying Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT analysis) to drive the strategic plan will be emphasized. Various company behavior strategies will be reviewed, comparing the company’s competitive stance to the market conditions. Suggestions for identifying strategic measures, communicating the strategic plan to employees, and measuring progress will all be a focus of this presentation. Finally, suggestions for developing an action plan as the tactical list of “to-dos” will be reviewed. 1 PDH
